Lorimar's Realty is a Chula Vista based company that specializes in vacant properties, bank repos's (REO's), and F.H.A.s.

The owner, Sergio Fernandez, was looking for a website that not only displays information about the company but also showcases all their featured properties with pictures and detailed information.

XLN Sites incorporated an open-source based solution that allows Lorimar's personnel to display thumbnail images of their featured properties on most pages of the website and provides additional information such as:

• detailed pictures
• complete description
• search capability by user predefined criteria such as number of bedrooms or bathrooms
• Google map image of the property.
