Launching an Online Magazine |
|
Culture Magazine had a website, but the editor-in-chief wanted to offer magazine readers access to their distinctive, stylish publication with an updated online presence. That meant that there were aesthetic requirements—the site needed to look like a chic glossy. And there were a number of features that needed to be included. XLN Sites created a beautiful site that is worthy of the paper edition and has all the extra features. Without any programming knowledge, the editors upload featured articles easily on a regular basis. They also have an online boutique where downloadable articles, past issues of their magazine, and their unique portrait services are sold. And they have an expanded portrait gallery to showcase samples and provide testimonials. Plus, the staff now have the ability to add advertising.
